We do our best to make shipping fast! Some products take a few days to make. We don't ship until the product has cured properly. We re-use and recycle shipping materials. We try to keep all shipping cost low by recycling shipping material.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I want you to love your purchase, so if you aren't happy with it, let me know. I'll do all I can to make it right.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons
DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES
If your product arrives damaged, you will be required to return the product(s), at your cost, to PSquare Scents within ten (10) business days from the date it was delivered to you in order to receive a replacement. If it was shattered our obviously broken you can send me a picture of the damaged product and the box it came in. In an effort to keep costs as low as possible for all my customers, and to prevent fraudulent transactions, the damaged item(s) must be received by me before replacement item(s) will be shipped.
***Please note: A new batch of your specific product may need to be produced in order to replace your item(s), and will delay the return of your product(s) by approximately 2-9 business days.
We use the highest quality scents we possibly can. We use these products in our daily lives as well. Everyone's sense of smell is different. Some fragrances smell different to each person. If you have any questions on a fragrance please ask. We do not refund a product because of scent. Soap or candles are always a great gift, especially a hand crafted item like ours.
